All of the rooms in Stephanie and in the cottages are equipped with separate air conditioner units to provide guests with the best air quality possible.
Bathrooms and toilets have been updated or are newly constructed as part of the restoration of the property.
All rooms will accommodate 2 adults and some of the rooms can accommodate children under 10 with advanced notice.
Bedsheets will be either Belgian linen or cotton.
The second floor has a small library containing the findings of the UL Archeology Department. There are also documents written by Mr. Duralde that describe life in Louisiana, translations of the Attakapas and Chitimacha vocabulary into French. These items were forwarded to Thomas Jefferson prior to the Louisiana Purchase. Other items of historic interest and works of art will also be housed here.

Internet access is available but may be difficult in some areas due to the thickness of the walls in the main house. The provider is working on a variety of options to insure the greatest accessibility possible.
